By using Spaca you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The app
Spaca helps you find and delete photos and videos you no longer need. It is provided "as is", without warranties. Suggestions are made automatically and may be wrong; please review items before deleting. Deleted items stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, after which iOS removes them permanently. We are not responsible for items you choose to delete.
Your data
Your photos stay in your photo library on your device. Keep your own backups (for example iCloud Photos); we cannot recover anything removed from your device.
Spaca Pro
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
