Support

• Transcription is not accurate: put the phone close to the person speaking. On iPhone, swipe down to Control Center while recording, tap Mic Mode and choose Voice Isolation. If several people talk at once, some words may be missed.
• Language: choose the language people speak in Settings → Language spoken in recordings.
• Import: tap Import to turn Voice Memos, Zoom or other audio files into notes.
• Subscriptions: manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling.
