Support
- Transcription is not accurate: put the phone close to the person speaking. On iPhone, swipe down to Control Center while recording, tap Mic Mode and choose Voice Isolation. If several people talk at once, some words may be missed.
- Language: choose the language people speak in Settings → Language spoken in recordings.
- Import: tap Import to turn Voice Memos, Zoom or other audio files into notes.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling.

常見問題
- 轉文字不準：請把手機放在講話的人旁邊。錄音時從右上角往下滑打開控制中心，點「麥克風模式」選「人聲隔離」。多人同時說話時可能會漏字。
- 語言：到「設定 → 錄音裡說的語言」選擇。
- 匯入：點「匯入」可以把語音備忘錄、Zoom 等錄音檔整理成筆記。
- 訂閱：到 iPhone「設定 → 你的名字 → 訂閱項目」管理或取消；重新安裝後請在 App 裡按「恢復購買」。
