By using Platewise you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The app
Platewise uses AI and nutrition data to estimate calories and nutrients, suggest meals, plans and portions, and track your progress. It is provided "as is", without warranties. Estimates from photos and sentences can be wrong, especially for mixed dishes, hidden oil or sauces, and unclear photos. Allergen flags ("may contain") are guesses from the dish name and photo and can miss ingredients: always confirm with the restaurant or the package if you have an allergy.
Not medical advice
Platewise is for general wellness information only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian or other health professional. Talk to a professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, take medication, or have a health condition. Platewise does not provide weight-loss targets below safe minimums or to users under 18.
Your data
Your diary is stored on your device. Keep your own backups; we cannot recover data removed from your device.
Paid links
Some suggestions may include links to products or stores. Where a link earns us a commission it is labelled as a paid link. Purchases from other stores are between you and that store.
Platewise Pro and AI packs
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes a free trial; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. AI packs are one-time purchases that add AI requests and do not expire. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Fair use
To keep the service affordable, AI features have daily or monthly limits and may be rate-limited if used in an automated or abusive way.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

你的資料
飲食紀錄存在你的裝置上，請自行做好備份；從裝置移除的資料我們無法復原。
付費連結
部分建議可能附上商品或商店的連結。若該連結會讓我們獲得佣金，會標示為「付費連結」。在其他商店的購買行為，是你與該商店之間的交易。
Platewise Pro 與 AI 次數包
Pro 為自動續訂的訂閱，可選擇每月或每年付款。年繳方案含免費試用；若未在試用結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱即開始並收費。費用會在確認購買時從你的 App Store 帳戶扣款。除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱會自動續訂，並於當期結束前 24 小時內扣取續訂費用。可在 App Store 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。AI 次數包為一次性購買，用來增加 AI 使用次數，不會過期。退款依 Apple 的政策處理。
合理使用
為了維持合理的價格，AI 功能有每日或每月上限；若以自動化或濫用方式使用，可能會被限制。
條款變更
我們可能更新本 App 與本條款。變更後繼續使用，即表示你接受更新後的條款。
