By using Paidstamp you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The app
Paidstamp helps you create quotes, invoices and receipts. It is provided "as is", without warranties. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the content of your documents and for meeting the invoicing and tax rules of your country; Paidstamp does not replace an official tax invoice or e-invoicing system where one is required.
Your data
Your documents are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; we cannot recover data that was only on a lost or reset device.
Paidstamp Pro
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Paidstamp 協助你製作報價單、請款單與收據，依「現狀」提供，不附任何保證，也不構成稅務、法律或會計建議。單據內容以及是否符合你所在國家的開立與稅務規定，由你自行負責；本 App 不能取代統一發票或政府規定的電子發票。
你的資料
單據資料儲存在你的裝置上，請自行保管備份；只存在遺失或重設裝置上的資料，我們無法復原。
Paidstamp Pro
Pro 提供每月或每年自動續訂的訂閱。月繳與年繳訂閱都含 7 天免費試用；若未在試用結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱會開始並收費。費用會在確認購買時從你的 App Store 或 Google Play 帳戶扣款。除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱會自動續訂，並於當期結束前 24 小時內扣取續訂費用。購買後可在帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。退款依 Apple 或 Google 的政策處理。
條款變更
我們可能更新本 App 與本條款。變更後繼續使用，即表示你接受更新後的條款。
