Paidstamp ("the app") is a quote, invoice and receipt maker made by an independent developer based in Taiwan. This policy explains what information the app handles.

Your documents stay on your phone

Your business details, logo, clients, documents and settings are stored only on your device. The app has no account system and we do not run servers that receive this data. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, unless you exported a backup.

Your clients' information

Client names, emails, phones, addresses and tax IDs that you enter are kept on your device and are only shared when you choose to share a PDF or a backup. You are responsible for handling your clients' information lawfully.

Photos and camera

If you add a logo or a receipt, the app uses only the image you pick or the photo you take, and stores it on your device. Receipt text is read on your device by Apple's built-in text recognition; nothing is uploaded.

Expenses

Expenses you log, their receipt photos and your monthly reports are stored only on your device and are shared only when you choose to export them.

PDFs and backups

When you share a PDF or choose "Export backup", the app creates a file and hands it to the share sheet. Where that file goes (for example Mail, LINE, WhatsApp, Files or iCloud Drive) is your choice and is handled by those services, not by us.

Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Paidstamp only requests non-personalised ads and never asks to track you. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your IP address, device model, operating system and how you interact with ads. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent through Google's consent message. Your documents and client details are never shared with advertisers. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
