Hushday

Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

By using Hushday you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

The app

Hushday helps you keep a headache diary and make a report of what you logged. It is provided "as is", without warranties. It is not a medical device and is not medical advice; it does not replace a doctor. Air pressure comes from Apple Weather and may be wrong or unavailable.

Your data

Your log is stored on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud. You are responsible for your devices and your iCloud account; we cannot recover data we never received.

Hushday Pro

Logging, attack mode, details, the calendar, the monthly counts and the 1-month report are free. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If Pro ends, nothing you logged is locked.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
